This session is a great home program for people wanting to build strength for running and long hikes. It is also a useful series for those likely to be affected by drop foot.

The Makarlu - Forearm, Wrist & Hand
The focus of this class is to help release in the forearm and to strengthen the wrist.
These exercises are helpful for elbow conditions like “tennis elbow” or for wrist problems. It is also a good way to work on building strength for the more advanced repertoire.
The Makarlu - Neck Shoulder & Jaw
Focus Release thoracic spine and tension in the facial sinus and skull. This is a relaxing class aimed at release but also facilitating a calming of the parasympathetic system. This is good to add in at the beginning of a class to allow greater focus on strength and control in your session.
