This is the easiest berry breakfast ever, so there is no excuse not to have a delicious & satisfying meal to start your day!
SERVES – 1
½ cup of quark (European style cottage cheese)
½ cup of Greek or natural yoghurt
½ cup of berries
1 tablespoon of walnuts
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Mix the quark & yoghurt until well combined. Top with berries & nuts. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
TIP: Quark is available at most large supermarkets (including Harris Farm Markets), local markets and Eastern European delis.
