SERVES – 2
½ cup of whole grain rolled oats
½ cup milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 flat Tbsp 100% natural almond or peanut butter OR 1 tbsp chia seeds
1 banana, mashed
Combine the oats and milk in a large bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave for another minute.
Stir in banana, peanut butter and/or chia seeds.
Once the oats are warm (not hot), add the protein powder and mix completely.
