Cauliflower Mash is a guilt-free and delicious way to reduce calories and add veggies to any meal.

Start the week right by cooking this dish on Sunday. Simply reheat on Monday night and you have dinner in an instant!
Classic with a twist:
French inspired Shepherd’s Pie: Top cooked dish with mashed potato. Spread evenly and make a light indentation with the back of a fork. Grill for 5 minutes until golden. To lower the GI (Glycemic Index), use Carisma potatoes.
1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
4 tablespoons milk or soy milk
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
Place cauliflower in a saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until soft.
Remove from heat and drain the water. Add milk and yoghurt and blend with a hand blender until smooth & creamy. Season to taste and serve!
