- 1 small banana (frozen banana gives the smoothie a lovely thick
- 1 cup (250ml) milk of your choice i.e. dairy, soy, almond, oat, rice
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (whey or pea protein isolate)
- Drop of vanilla essence for extra flavour
- 1 Tbsp oat bran for an extra fibre boost
- Sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately!
