Start your day the right way with this banana breakfast in a glass recipe. Packed with nutrients, you’ll power through the day with an abundance of energy!

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 small banana (frozen banana gives the smoothie a lovely thick
    consistency)
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk of your choice i.e. dairy, soy, almond, oat, rice
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (whey or pea protein isolate)
  • Drop of vanilla essence for extra flavour
  • 1 Tbsp oat bran for an extra fibre boost
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey (optional)

 

METHOD


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately!
