These delicious Peanut Butter Protein Balls take about 5 minutes to make and are the perfect portable breakfast or snack.
SERVES – 14 balls
Per Ball: 4g Carbs / 5g Protein / 6g Fat / 90 calories
1/4 cup (30g) protein powder
1/4 cup (30g) ground nuts e.g., almond meal
2/3 cup (140g) peanut butter
1 Tbsp agave nectar or honey or pure maple syrup
Desiccated coconut for rolling
Mix together the protein powder, ground nuts and peanut butter in a bowl before adding the sweetener e.g. agave nectar or honey or pure maple syrup.
Use your hands to clump the mixture together into a big ball, before breaking bits off and rolling into smaller balls.
Roll the balls in desiccated coconut (optional) and place onto a plate covered with greaseproof paper.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins before serving. The balls can be frozen too!
