4 Week Postnatal Pilates Program

The Postnatal Pilates program is specifically designed to help your body recover from the changes it experienced during pregnancy and childbirth. 10 weeks access to the program is provided in order to allow you to progress at your own rhythm.
Our 4 week Postnatal Pilates Program consists of:

12 Classes taught by Physiotherapist Lydia McTamney
With a special interest in Women’s health, in particular, the pre and postnatal care, Lydia takes you through 12 classes to check back in with your body. Over a 4 week period, the intensity builds so that you are then ready to return to whatever exercise that you want to return to.

8 Educational Videos presented by Physiotherapist Lydia McTamney
We believe in the value of educating our clients about all aspects of health and wellbeing. To provide you with the educational element to optimal health, you will have access to short educational seminars to watch during the program. These have been developed to deepen your understanding and knowledge of your postnatal body.
A Nutrition Guide developed by The Cultured Nutritionist
This wonderful nurturing program also includes a 4-week nutrition guide developed by Rebecca McPhee the cultured nutritionist. The Nutrition guide is developed to ensure you have all the right nutrients to get your energy back for exercise post birth.
