4 Week Low Back Pain Program

The 4-week Low Back pain program will take you through a series of graduated Pilates exercises to improve your core stability, body awareness, posture, flexibility and coordination. 10 weeks access to the program to allow you to progress at your own pace.

 

 


Our 4 week Low Back Pain Online Program consists of:

12 Pilates Classes taught by Physiotherapist Agnieszka Biniek
Over a 4 week period, the exercises become increasingly challenging, the aim is to reduce your symptoms, optimise your quality of life and get you back to doing the activities you enjoy!

We believe in the value of educating our clients about all aspects of health and wellbeing. To provide you with the educational element to optimal health, you will have access to short educational seminars to watch during the program understanding and knowledge about your postnatal body.

 


What you need:

A device (computer, tablet or smartphone) to access the program content. You will be visiting our membership portal daily!

Pilates/Yoga mat and
a little cushion/towel

Access to Wifi to stream
the video content 

A willingness to rapidly improve your fitness, strength, and vitality
