Courtney Nance graduated from the University of Queensland in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Whilst studying, Courtney gained valuable experience assessing and treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries working as a sports trainer for a local Australian Football club.

She has also undertaken further training in Pilates through both the Pilates Institute of Queensland and Studio Pilates. Some of her other qualifications include:

  • Dry needling
  • Watson Headache® Approach– Level 1
  • Introductory Women’s Health Physiotherapy course
  • Screening and conditioning for dancers
  • Foot and ankle in dance 

Courtney is passionate about combining hands-on techniques with Pilates and exercise to help clients achieve their health goals. In particular, Courtney has a special interest in dance injuries and rehabilitation having danced for many years herself.
