The Makarlu - Peripheral Neuropathy

In these videos, we will give you some ideas on how to maintain or encourage sensation in your hands, arms and feet. These videos are for people who are experiencing numbness or sharp pain into their hands and feet and need to maintain or normalise sensation. People who may be affected by this sort of thing could have neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s disease, Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis or post-cancer treatment.
Remember if you are having these sensations you should be checked by your doctor to make sure the causes of these symptoms can be identified. In the interim play with these ideas to try and help normalise the sensations.
