8 Week Online Pilates Program
The program is specifically designed with a combination of mat Pilates, cardio, nutrition and education, to guide your journey to optimal health and wellbeing. 10 weeks access to the program is provided in order to allow you to progress at your own rhythm.
Our 8 week Online Pilates program consists of:
40 Mat Pilates classes taught by Physiotherapists and Pilates instructors
Studio quality mat Pilates classes to be completed in your own time, in the comfort of your own home. The classes vary in theme, intensity, educational emphasis and pace. No class is repeated, there is a new class every day!
A Cardio Guide designed by a sports and exercise scientist
We understand that there are many elements involved in order to achieve optimal wellness. In addition to the Pilates workouts, you will also receive a carefully designed cardio Guide. Developed by a Sports and Exercise scientist, the guide is challenging, inspiring and complements the Pilates classes.
A Nutrition Guide developed by The Cultured Nutritionist
Fuel your body the right way. Included in this program is a nutrition guide that will nourish your body with fresh, whole foods. The guide, that has been developed by The Culture Nutritionist, includes balanced weekly meal plans, inspiring recipes and tips and tricks on how to eat healthy to sustain a healthy mind and body. The nutrition guide will spark that little bit of inspiration you may have lost.
16 Educational Videos presented by a Physiotherapist
We have a team of practitioners who are likeminded in promoting healthy movement, optimal wellbeing and holistic health in their specialised fields. We believe in the value of educating our clients about all aspects of health and wellbeing. To provide you with the educational element to optimal health, you will have access to short educational seminars to watch during the program. These have been developed to deepen your understanding and knowledge about your body and the Pilates method ultimately resulting in achieving your goals faster.
